Location is excellent, just blocks from major attractions. Had issues with air conditioning; didn't cool well during my stay. Overall, it was decent for the price.

Location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Had issues with slow check-in and housekeeping not cleaning daily. Pool area is small but nice. Staff could be more responsive.

Staying here was perfect for exploring New Orleans since it's just a few steps away from some of the city's most iconic spots like Jackson Square and Bourbon Street, and you can get to the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas in less than a 10-minute walk, making it super easy to soak in all the great vibes and history of the area; the staff was friendly and the hotel offered basic amenities for a comfortable stay but the room could use some updates.

Smart choice for one night in New Orleans with value for money. Comfortable bed for a good sleep.

The room featured a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the air conditioning was ineffective, even set to 60 degrees. I found the noise from the staff elevators disruptive, impacting overall comfort. The shower had low pressure, making it less enjoyable. Breakfast options were limited, with only hard-boiled eggs and empty items by 7:30 AM. I appreciated the friendly staff, especially Rolisha and Darvan. Their assistance made a difficult situation manageable. Despite several issues, the room's decor was appealing, and the location was perfect for exploring.

The outdoor swimming pool was a blast, perfect for soaking up the sun! Breakfast was basic yet hearty, and the waffle maker was a total win! The staff made me feel at home; shoutout to Ms. Debbie at the bar for her warmth!
would be happy to recommend 😊❤️

My friends and I had a blast exploring the vibrant nightlife and indulging in delicious local eats in New Orleans.
We wished there were more organized social events at the hotel to meet other young party-goers and make even more memories together.

The location is fantastic; it puts you right where you want to be. The staff at breakfast is friendly, and the coffee flows like a dream.
The bathroom cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

Comfortable room, comfortable bed with a very spacious layout and a clean atmosphere that made for a relaxing stay.
Nothing negative to say.

Great location. Steps from the French Quarter. Staff were helpful with local knowledge. The room was spacious, and the bed incredibly comfortable. Surprisingly quiet too. check-in was chaotic; a long wait and a crashed system. Communication about parking was severely lacking. Valet only? Be cautious—unexpected fees apply. Cleanliness was below expectations. The bathroom could have been tidier. Minor maintenance issues with the doors and thermostat were annoying. Ice machines were scarce. Breakfast? Could use improvement. Options were limited, and functionality was questionable. Despite its drawbacks, the atmosphere has potential. With better service and attention to detail, this could be a standout place.

I had a fabulous time exploring the city from this convenient location. The free breakfast gave me the kickstart I needed each day, and the hotel amenities were top-notch.
Oops, privacy in the bathroom was overrated with those double doors! .

Great location near the French Quarter, but the service was incredibly hit or miss. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and individual air conditioning. Breakfast had its moments—healthy options spoiled by the toast getting burned, and they ran out of milk and coffee creamer. On the downside, we faced parking issues, and the staff's rudeness added to the frustration, especially when towels ran out and access to restrooms was denied. The ongoing renovations and lack of housekeeping only made matters worse. Charming place with potential, but the service needs serious improvement.

I can't believe my experience! The staff was unhelpful and rude, making an already stressful situation even worse. Avoid this place!

My partner and I loved the central location, allowing us easy access to all the attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our romantic escape even more special. The view from our room was mesmerizing, with a perfect view of the nearby French Quarter.
The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The bathroom sink had a thick residue, and the bathroom floor seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned.

The pros and cons were quite distinct during my time at the hotel. Let's start with the positive aspects. I really appreciated the comfortable beds in the room. They were a nice welcome after a long day of exploring the city. The evening and breakfast staff were friendly and courteous, which added a pleasant touch to the overall stay. there were some areas that definitely need improvement. The rooms were a bit on the nasty side, and the gym was quite inadequate. The breakfast was disappointing with limited options and the size of the cars they could accommodate was quite limited too. In terms of service, I had a bit of a rough experience during check-in. The staff member at the desk was not very accommodating and was rather blunt and rude. They also charged $10 to take care of luggage after check-out, which seemed unnecessary, especially since they didn't even provide restrooms or a place to change clothes in such situations. the noise from the ongoing construction disrupted my work calls during the day, without any alternative quiet space offered by the hotel. There was also a false fire alarm incident that caused quite a bit of inconvenience and discomfort. my time at La Quinta had its ups and downs. While the staff and bed comfort were good, there were definitely areas that could be improved. Hope this honest review helps you out in your decision-making process! Cheers.

the room was super clean and modern. the hotel’s close to the cruise port - so convenient. we could walk everywhere and the trolley's just a few blocks away. 3 bucks for a day's trolley ride! concierge and front desk staff hooked us up with great local tips. they even helped arrange a taxi and held our bag after check-out.
Would definitely recommend.

My kids wished for a bigger pool for families.

The location was fantastic! Just a stone's throw away from the bustling French Quarter and all the main sights of the city. The hotel had a lovely modern lobby and rooms, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Ms. Debbie at the bar was a gem, treating guests like family. The comfortable beds and inclusive breakfast were definite pluses during the stay.
Our room was sweltering hot, despite efforts with the thermostat. Parking was a hassle with a separate garage that cost quite a bit and led to a car break-in incident.

I chose La Quinta for its proximity to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. However, the Here for You service exceeded my expectations, with helpful customer service agents available to provide assistance. The complimentary wireless Internet access was convenient, and the FREE Hot Bright Side Breakfast was a delightful surprise.
Front desk representatives lacked kindness.

Our four-day stay as business travelers in New Orleans was a delightful experience. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to explore the city effortlessly, with attractions like Bourbon Street and Jackson Square just a short walk away. The cleanliness and safety measures put in place, such as enforced mask requirements and security availability, gave us peace of mind during our stay. We appreciated the easy check-in and out process, and the helpfulness of the night shift staff, who went above and beyond to assist us. The room itself was comfortable and clean, providing all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
The limited variety of the breakfast offered was a minor drawback, with a standard menu that lacked sauces or condiments.

we had an excellent stay at La Quinta in a great location, nearby everything we needed. the security personnel's warm welcome and generosity made our arrival smooth and pleasant, especially the female staff member who offered her parking space. the room was comfortable, and we appreciated the pet-friendly policy without any smell. the staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the continental breakfast.
Can’t fault the property in any way 😊
